HOW MANY MOUNTS BESIDES FRONT UPPER 2 ARE ON 2005 AZTEK 3.4 AND WHERE ARE THEY?
i WAS TOLD REAR MOUNT NEEDED REPLACING...IS THERE A REAR MOUNT OR JUST 2 UPPER FRONT, PLUS 1 UNDER WATER PUMP SIDE OF ENGINE AND 1 FOR TRANSMISSION?

Should have 2 mounts that are evident from the top, like you mentioned.
There are two more mounts to the subframe. One transmission mount, one motor mount, both fairly near centered on either side of the engine (passenger/driver)
You'll likely have to lower parts of the subframe to get the two lower mounts off. The subframe is held on by 4 bolts, one on each corner.
