Hey guys I am currently working on changing my Intake Gaskets and have every thing down to the rockers and I'm curious if its recommended to go ahead and change the Head Gaskets while im at it because there known to blow? is it worth the extra work and am i going to hate myself later for not changing it if it blows.   My Aztek is at 193,000 miles with original heads (im pretty sure)

Absolutely, you are almost there anyways. Another hour or two of labor can and will save you lots of time and $$$ if or when the head gasket fails.  My LIM gasket failed around 30k and the head gasket failed around 70k miles
