Title: Overheat and then no start Post by: doodlebug on June 06, 2018, 11:43:47 AM I'm looking at an aztek in my area. It overheated and now won't restart. Is there something that needs to be reset or something?
Title: Re: Overheat and then no start Post by: Tronman on June 07, 2018, 11:45:48 AM The first clue would be how it sounds when it cranks, assuming it does turn over.. is it a nice even cranking sound or does it seem to crank normal, then faster, then normal as if one or two cylinders don't have compression? How does the oi look-just oil or is it full of coolant too? These engines don't like to be overheated, which is why they have a pretty sturdy cooling system.
