I have a 2003 and hit a deer last night, bought a 2001 tonight for parts, it has the leather interior, HUD and TCS. Could I swap all of the hud components into my 2003? What's involved with adding TCS? Is that controlled by the BCM or PCM? could I just add the switch and swap bcm? Assuming bcm swap involves let relearn. It also has the nicer dash cluster with driver info center, is that plug and play?

The only real way to find out with the HUD is to tear out the dash on the donor vehicle, and find where the 3 wiring harnesses go (one for the HUD, and 2 for the dash controls). Then go to your parent vehicle and see if those 3 harnesses are there. If they are, then it will be plug and play, including operational upgraded speedometer. If not, you may have to swap out the whole wiring harness.
