If you're referring to the blower motor control module (resistor), it is located just behind the blower motor, under the passenger side of the dash, just remove the right side cover down there (pops off and pulls out) and you will see the blower motor, will probably be easier by removing that out of your way first.

It mounts with three 8mm bolts, (actually the blower motor does as well too), but all you need to do is loosen the rear two and remove the front bolt, should tilt, and slide out and doing so should help with the new installation.

Also just for a future FYI, the blower module is not always to blame.  I have experience two azteks with a worn out switch in the HVAC controls.  It's a easy fix, probably cheaper and easier than the blower resistor.  You can test them with a multi meter, and they cost like 20 bucks @ rockauto.  (STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # HS275)
