I recently had a problem with my sunroof leaking, as well as a lot of wind noise coming in.  I didn't want to silicone and permanently seal it, although that crossed my mind! The drain tubes were clear, but when I took it through a car wash I could see (from the inside) where the water was entering the Tek.  The rubber seal around the sunroof glass wasn't meeting the metal and sealing.   Rather than try to replace that, I got some 1/4 " thick by 5/16" wide half-round weatherstripping from Home Depot and used that around the entire opening.  Through trial and error  :banghead: I found it's best placed below the rim, so the glass and seal sit on top of it.  Cheap fix, and I still have use of my sunroof!
