Is it possible to edit the 'topic description' once a messaage is posted and you are the original creator of that post?
I made the mistake of listing some stuff I want to buy in the 'topic description' so when I change the body of the text (different things I want, some I already have) I'm stuck with the outdated list under 't. description'. I don't want to open up multiple posts under the same topic subjects.  Should this just be a lesson learned?

i think moderators are the only ones that can make the changes to anything but the body of a listing. Let me know what and where and I'll change it.

It's the post by me under stuff to buy, the topic line could just be deleted so I won't have to open up any more posts under that thread I can just edit whatever I am looking for, or not, as the case may be.
Thank you very much Jack,
Jared

Changed it to looking for, since I need a topic to make it work.

Jack,
Sorry to bug you again about this. You changed the subject line, not the topic.  I needed it changed so I could continue to post threads in that rather than opening up a new one every time I wanted to list something I was looking for.  It's fine to leave the subject as it now reads, I wanted the specifics in the topic line taken out.  That will keep the whole thread simple, sorta.
Thx again,
Jared
