Id like to go but may be a bit short notice, I can be there the first 2 days for sure, but not sure about after that due to my work schedule.  Plus on top of that I'm having difficulty finding directions there.

If I got you the GPS Coordinates, would that help you?

Question:  Is the registration fee for adults only, or do we pay for each 'body' coming to the rally?

Thanks for bringing this up......I totally forgot to mention that.

The Rally fees are for each adult, I would say 18 and over.  But they would not get a T-shirt or be eligible for Door prizes.

Extra T-shirts can be ordered at the time of registration for 12 each, or 14 at the Rally.

Any questions feel free to ask

If I had a GPS it would, i have just been using google maps, etc..  My folks bought one and returned it the same day.  They figured why spend $200 for a map, when they could get a map for a fraction of the cost lol.  I need a TomTom hehe.

Also, if you ever drive through Chesterfield MO, don't take the GPS's directions as unquestioned gospel because mine kept telling me to drive through the Missouri River.  I drive an Aztek, not one of those amphibious Ducks from Branson.

And once again for those of us (ok it's just me) who borrow computer access and do not have access to paypal, what is this years procedure for forwarding a check/money order.

MadDog (and wife)

Anyone from the States that wishes to pay by a check or money order please PM me.  You can send the check or money order to me, where I will cash and forward the money to Ken( SCUBAztek).  Since Ken is in Canada, having a check or money order passing through the Border along with the fees that the Canadian Government would charge to convert along with the long length of time to process it is not feasible to send to him directly.

I would say they would be responsible for the fee.  Please keep in mind that all of the money that we collect from the rally fees is spent on prizes for the Rally, costs covering hats, costs to the local Chamber of Commerce, shirts etc, and a portion to a charitable donation to a local Charity.  IIRC, last years fees, fell just short of all of the above said expenses.

Ken will give the final answer on that question though.

Yes the two additional adults would have to pay the fees if they are attending the rally.

Hope to see you there
